Player Profile: Yung Joc

Meet me in the mall, its goin down, meet me in the club, its goin down, anywhere ya meet, its guaranteed to go down...

Joc Pederson is great. He hits bombs and swings at everything. He is one of the few people in this world who has a punchable face yet you don't want to punch him. Last season Joc hit a home run off Shelby "Kyle" Miller that traveled 459 ft...impressive.

Verse number two, do that damn thing...

Yung Joc had an up and down season in 2016. He hit bombs, 25 to be exact, but he struck out 130 times. its an improvement from 2015 when he whiffed 170 times, but it's still bad. To put it in perspective Joe DiMaggio (I know he's a legend and it's not fair to my boy Yung Joc to put them in the same sentence) struck out 369 times in his 13 year career. Pederson has 312 Ks in 4 years, "But it's a different style of game nowadays...players had more patience in the past...social media is distracting the youth from life".  It's all excuses and Pederson needs to cut the Ks down and hit lefties if he wants to go next level. You can do it Joc...do it for Team I am McLovin.
