People overachieve in life. Should Amy Schumer really be selling out comedy shows and starring in Netflix specials? Some professional
baseball players are a lot like Amy Schumer, and they are able to consistently overachieve. Current
President of baseball operations for the Orioles Brady Anderson once hit 50 hrs
in 1996. His career high besides that season was
24. I mean look at SI swimsuit model Marissa Miller’s husband Griffin Guess
(Griffin as a first name...Really!?).

| How?? |
Here are three guys who might have over achieved a little:
1) Robinson Cano: Listen I love Cano and he was a true Yankee hero. My friends and I have toasted many a drink to him and his career. But 39 home runs last year? His previous career high was 33 in 2012 when he was 29, he's 34 and last year was a fluke. You heard that right...a fluke. I believe everything else stat wise with Cano but 39 home runs will never happen again.
2) Trea Turner: 3BT (shout out to Ethnic Kiss for that nickname) is faster than...um faster than....Billy Hamilton? I don't know he's just fast. I'm skeptic of his power though. In the minors ht hit a total of 19 home runs and last season he hit 13. Than again Dave Winfield never hit a single home run in the Minor Leagues.
3) DL LeMahieu : He had an OBP of .416 last season. He can't have an OBP like that this season. It just won't happen. He is kind of underrated and is obviously in a great lineup but it just can't happen. He lead LSU to a natty champ back in 09 and in that year he had an OBP of .419. That was against college pitching though. Fun fact: Aaron Nola's brother Austin Nola was on that LSU team. That's not really a fun fact at all.
Can't see these guys repeating last season's performances.
